The City of Hopkinton is a small town with lots to offer. It is located along the scenic Maquoketa River in southern Delaware County. Hopkinton is part of the Maquoketa Valley Community Schools - housing 1st and 2nd grade at Johnston Elementary. Located in this quaint community is the Lenox College Campus - a historic museum from the Civil War era. Hopkinton is also home to Pool Side Park and Swimming Pool, Memorial Park, Dunlap Park, Hopkinton Library, and Hopkinton Community Center.
